OFFICIAL RULES FOR TERROR ON TUBI GIVEAWAY
No Purchase Necessary. Items Available on a First-Come, First-Served Basis, While Supplies Last.
Void Where Prohibited.
1. Eligibility. The Terror on Tubi Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation (each, a “Participant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Tubi, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Beyond Collective LLC (“Fulfillment Provider”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment providers (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 16, 2026, or earlier when all promotional items have been claimed, whichever occurs first (the “Giveaway Period”). Promotional items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. How to Participate and Claim an Item. No purchase or payment is required to participate. During the Giveaway Period, an eligible Participant may visit terrorontubi.com and follow the instructions to select an available promotional item and provide the information reasonably requested to process and fulfill the claim. Submitting a claim does not guarantee the availability of any particular item. A claim will be deemed received when the Participant has completed all required checkout steps and the completed claim is recorded by Sponsor’s designated computer system. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, promotional items will be allocated in chronological order based on the time valid, completed claims are recorded by such system. Limit one (1) promotional item per household during the Giveaway Period. Multiple, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible claims may be canceled or disqualified in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Participants may not use multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, accounts, identities, or other methods to circumvent the one-item-per-household limit. For purposes of this limit, a “household” means all individuals residing together in the same dwelling unit, including individuals who share the same residential address and apartment or unit number, if applicable. Promotional items are available only while supplies last. Once available inventory for a particular promotional item has been exhausted, that item will no longer be available for claim. Once all available promotional items have been claimed, no further claims will be accepted and the Giveaway will end.
4. Promotional Item Allocation. There is no random drawing or other chance-based selection process. Subject to eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and available inventory, promotional items will be allocated solely in chronological order based on the time valid, completed claims are recorded by Sponsor’s designated computer system. Each household may receive no more than one (1) promotional item. Once all promotional items have been claimed or the Giveaway Period ends, whichever occurs first, no further claims will be accepted. If an item becomes available following cancellation of a duplicate, ineligible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid claim, Sponsor may return the item to available inventory, in which case it will be allocated in accordance with the first-come, first-served process described in these Official Rules.
5. Promotional Items. A total of seven hundred (700) promotional items will be available at the beginning of the Giveaway Period, consisting of the following: one hundred (100) “I would die first” Purple Shirts, each with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $40; one hundred (100) “Terror on Tubi” Black Shirts, each with an ARV of $40; one hundred (100) “Tubi Final Girl” Shirts, each with an ARV of $30; one hundred (100) “Where horror feels like home” Tubi Crew Necks, each with an ARV of $50; one hundred (100) Tubi Spiral Pajamas, each with an ARV of $65; one hundred (100) Tubi Pillows, each with an ARV of $35; and one hundred (100) Tubi Grave Blankets, each with an ARV of $65. All items are available only while supplies last. Availability may vary by item, size, or other applicable selection, and a particular item or size may become unavailable before other items. Limit one (1) item per household. Each Participant is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not expressly listed herein. Items are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged or transferred prior to fulfillment. If a promotional item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control after a valid claim has been accepted, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value. No cash alternative or substitution may be requested by a Participant.
6. Verification; Fulfillment. All claims are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or fulfill an item and may cancel a claim that cannot be verified or fulfilled because the Participant provided incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid information. Promotional item fulfillment will be provided on Sponsor’s behalf by Fulfillment Provider.
7. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, inventory error, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway. If a technical or inventory error results in more valid claims for an item than the quantity actually available, Sponsor may cancel claims exceeding available inventory based on the order in which valid claims were recorded by Sponsor’s designated system or provide a substitute item of equal or greater approximate retail value, as determined by Sponsor and subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with or attempts to circumvent the Giveaway process, violates these Official Rules, uses automated or fraudulent means to submit a claim, or otherwise interferes with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If multiple claims are submitted at or near the same time, priority will be determined solely by the order in which valid, completed claims are recorded by Sponsor’s designated computer system, rather than by random selection.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Fox Corporation, the Fulfillment Provider, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any promotional item, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors, interruptions, or failures that may impair a Participant’s ability to participate; (c) errors in the administration of the Giveaway arising from circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; and (d) claims relating to injury, death, or damage to persons or property arising out of or relating in any way to participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, possession, or use of a promotional item.
9. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, process and fulfill claims, communicate with Participants regarding their claims, and for other purposes described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information reasonably necessary to fulfill promotional items may be disclosed to Beyond Collective LLC, acting as Fulfillment Provider on Sponsor’s behalf, and to other service providers assisting with fulfillment, subject to applicable privacy laws.
10. Disputes. By participating in the Giveaway, each Participant agrees that: (a) any claim, dispute, or controversy, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, these Official Rules, the allocation or receipt of any promotional item, or the interpretation, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration provision, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS before a single arbitrator in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, including the Optional Appeal Procedure, in effect when the arbitration is initiated; (b) the arbitration will be conducted virtually, unless the arbitrator determines that an in-person proceeding is appropriate, in which case it will be held at the Los Angeles, California office of JAMS; (c) the arbitrator’s decision will be governed by these Official Rules and any other agreement expressly incorporated into these Official Rules; (d) the arbitrator will issue a detailed written decision, which will form part of the arbitration award and may be admitted in any judicial proceeding to confirm, correct, or vacate the award; (e) the arbitrator will have no authority to issue an award that is contrary to applicable law or to modify, alter, or excuse performance of any material term of these Official Rules; (f) each party will be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable JAMS rules; (g) claims may be arbitrated only on an individual basis, and neither Participants nor Sponsor may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding; and (h) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the arbitrator will not have authority to award punitive damages against either the Participant or Sponsor.

12. Social Media Disclaimer. The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, but is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
